Create your own heart rate zones in most of Watches

This is an important feature, especially for making the best use of features like the one mentioned above. Heart rate zones best reflect the intensity of your workout and have been made more personalized based on your maximum heart rate and resting heart rate data.
If you are not sure if the default settings are appropriate, you can create your own custom zones instead. Do it:
1 . Go to the Fitbit companion phone app and go to the Today tab.
2 . Tap your profile picture and go to Heart Rate Zones.
3 . From here, you can start setting up your own heart rate zones.

The Luxe has a range of Do Not Disturb modes to choose from, including one specifically designed for exercise tracking except the edifice. This is called Exercise Focus, and to enable it:

1. Just go to Settings on the Luxe and find Heart Rate.
   
2. From there, you will see the option to turn off heart rate monitoring, which can have a positive effect on battery performance.
